This item is very usable, but I didn't pay attention to notice that the hanger doesn't spin. It is good quality, though.

Blondie
I ordered two of these organizers because I have so many necklaces and can never see exactly what I have. They work just great! Even my chunky necklaces fit in them and are all organized, tangle free and dust free. Now I can see exactly what necklaces I have and they actually look pretty. The cases make it easy to get to them too....just lift them out and choose one! I would recomment this organizer to everyone.

While not particularly stylish, this necklace holder does the job of keeping delicate chains from getting twisted together. It was inexpensive and takes up little space. It has saved me from much frustration.
